Chase Elliott hit the wall on Sunday at the Brickyard 400. He ended the race in 26th place. The vehicle sustained a hard impact but Elliott said the damage stayed minor. Afterwards, Alex Bowman said he will retire after 2027. Bowman’s exit opens a vacancy that may go to Conner Zilisch in 2028.
