Arena REIT announced the entry into voluntary administration following notifications about the status of the childcare group were received.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was appointed as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have begun oversee the financial oversight and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 received formal notice about the process. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing doubt while KordaMentha oversees the process.
