Oakland topped Seattle 6-5 on Friday. Eduard Bazardo gave up a walkoff home run in the 10th inning to Donovan Walton, a former Mariner. Walton's two-run homer finished the Athletics' rally. Seattle had led earlier. But Oakland stormed back to shock the Mariners in extra innings. A crazy catch by Clarke set up Walton's winning hit.
Bazardo took the mound in the 10th. He almost got out of it. With two outs, Walton connected. The ball went over the wall. Oakland mobbed the field. Seattle left the field stunned.
