Rogers Communications has completed its acquisition of the last 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.
The deal makes Rogers the exclusive owner of MLSE.
This move broadens Rogers' authority across the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and other teams within the company's sports portfolio.
Multiple outlets reported the completed transaction on Monday.
Rogers previously held a controlling stake in MLSE alongside Kilmer Sports.
