Detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force have made two arrests, following searches of properties in west Belfast today (Wednesday 30 March). A 42 year old man and a 36 year old woman were arrested on suspicion of offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, evasion of duty and trading in counterfeit products. Detective Inspector Maguire said: “A number of properties, both residential and commercial, were searched by officers in west Belfast earlier today.
