Walmart heir Lukas Walton has bought a minority stake in the Chicago Bulls and the United Center.
The United Center acts as the stadium for the Bulls and the Blackhawks.
The purchase makes Walton a part of the team’s ownership group.
Walton and his sister Samantha Walton are named as the new minority investors.
The Bulls revealed the transaction on Friday.
The investment gives the Walton family a foothold in a major sports franchise and its arena.
It follows a series of Walmart‑linked deals announced this week.
