Pakistan’s opener Khawaja Nafay started aggressively, scoring 18 runs in the first over. Stuart Binny dismissed Maaz Sadaqat early in the second over, who scored 7 off 3 balls. With Nafay on 18 off 9 balls and Abdul Samad contributing 16 off 6, Pakistan reached 41/1 in three overs, poised to chase the target.
However, persistent rain caused the match to be stopped early, and officials decided to shorten the game, handing India a narrow win.
