Lisa Riley Ready for Bushtucker Trials on I'm A Celebrity
Actress Lisa Riley has hinted she would relish taking part in the notorious Bushtucker Trials if she joins this year’s edition of I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!. The Emmerdale star, aged 49, is rumored to appear in the upcoming ITV jungle challenge and says she would approach any trial with determination.
"If I were to do anything regarding any of the tasks, then I am the sort of person who doesn’t overthink anything; I would just take it hands-on and tackle it,"
Lisa said she would face her fears to succeed in the jungle environment and win stars for her campmates, which translate into meals for the group.
"There are various things I am scared of, and walking under ladders is one of them. It’s not just a case of [bugs and snakes]; in life you can be scared of lots of things, and bad manners is a good one to be scared of,"
Rumors have circulated for years about her potential participation, and Lisa admits that this might finally be the moment to join the show.
"Maybe it's the year when I really need to think about going in. But listen, they ask me every year – the carrot is always dangled. So, I’m not going to say yes or no, but all I can say is, maybe it is something I should think about doing after seeing all of the love for me going in or potentially doing it is unbelievable."
