Rapper Young Bleed, born Glenn Clifton Jr., passed away at 51 on Saturday after suffering complications from a brain aneurysm. He had been hospitalized just days before and was placed in the ICU on a ventilator, according to TMZ.

Tameka Long, mother of Young Bleed's 10-year-old son, explained the aneurysm was caused by internal bleeding. His son, Ty'Gee Ramon, confirmed the passing in an emotional Instagram video on Monday.

"My dad did not have 'real health issues' before this, but he managed high blood pressure with medication," Ramon added.
