Adidas has launched 22 new home jerseys ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, representing national teams such as Germany, Argentina, Italy, Japan, and Mexico. The highly anticipated release took place on Thursday, November 6, and includes both short-sleeve and long-sleeve versions.
According to Adidas, the new collection draws from each nation's visual heritage while incorporating a clean, futuristic style designed for modern football.
“The collection combines historic visual identities and traditions of each nation and portrays them in a modernist, forward-looking aesthetic,” stated Adidas.
While created for the World Cup, some teams featured in the collection are still competing in qualifiers for the 2026 tournament. Even if a team does not qualify, it will continue using its home kit for the 2026 international season.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 will be hosted across North America. Qualifying matches began in late September 2025 and will continue through March 2026. The tournament itself is scheduled to run from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
