Canada's Jonathan David Named CONCACAF Men's Player of the Year

Jonathan David, the 25-year-old forward for Juventus, has been honored as the 2024-25 CONCACAF men's player of the year. This recognition celebrates his outstanding performance both at the club and international levels.

David is now the second Canadian man to earn this award, following Alphonso Davies, who won it twice. He has previously been named Canada Soccer player of the year in 2019 and 2024 and was a nominee for the CONCACAF award in 2021, 2022, and 2023-24.

Haitian player Melchie Dumornay, who plays for OL Lyonnais in France, secured the CONCACAF women's player of the year award for the second consecutive year.
