Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to premiere almost exactly one year later, on December 18, 2026.
Disney had not responded to IGN’s request for comment at the time this information was published.
Filming for Avengers: Doomsday wrapped in September 2025. Though plot details remain limited, it is confirmed that the movie will unite the Avengers, Fantastic Four, and the original X-Men on screen for the first time.
Several actors associated with previous Marvel projects—including Brie Larson, Famke Janssen, Elizabeth Olsen, Charlie Cox, Andrew Garfield, Halle Berry, and Chris Evans—have either remained tight-lipped or denied reprising their roles in this film.
Channing Tatum, returning as Gambit, shared that Avengers: Doomsday will feature moments “50 times bigger” than when Wesley Snipes' Blade appeared in Deadpool & Wolverine.
The Avengers: Doomsday trailer is expected during the release of Avatar: Fire and Ash, with the movie set to unite major Marvel teams and promise epic moments.
