TheIndustry.beauty speaks with CEO Sabrina Herlory Rouget about Aroma-Zone, the opening of its first UK store, and the brand’s approach to high-quality self-care.
Renowned throughout France for its science-driven, natural self-care products, Aroma-Zone is set to open its first UK store at Westfield London later this week. The brand is celebrated for clean, effective, and eco-friendly skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
Sabrina Herlory Rouget joined Aroma-Zone in November 2021, bringing senior leadership experience from Estée Lauder-owned brands MAC Cosmetics, Jo Malone London, Bobbi Brown, and the L’Occitane Group. Since then, the brand has refined its range to better meet customer expectations.
Aroma-Zone now offers ready-to-use items such as moisturisers, serums, and dietary supplements, available online and in 27 stores across France plus one in Belgium. This customer-centric strategy has helped build a loyal following.
"The brand counts over three million active customers - including 1.5 million new additions in 2024 - and has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, accessible products that appeal to a wide audience."
Aroma-Zone’s UK launch marks a significant step in its mission to democratize high-quality self-care beyond France.
