Sally Kirkland, the seasoned actress known for her Oscar-nominated role in the 1987 film Anna, has been hospitalized and is currently receiving hospice care, TMZ reports. At 84 years old, Kirkland was diagnosed with dementia one year ago and is now battling "life-threatening infections."
She suffered a fall in the shower when left unattended, resulting in injuries to her ribs, foot, as well as cuts and bruises. Due to her critical health, a GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support her urgent medical needs.
