On November 5, China State Shipbuilding Corporation Beihai Shipbuilding, together with China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC), held the delivery and naming ceremony for the fourth 210,000 DWT LNG dual-fuel bulk carrier, RURI EARTH>, built specifically for Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL).
The RURI EARTH serves as the flagship of the initial four vessels constructed by Beihai Shipbuilding for MOL. Its successful delivery marks the completion of this first collaboration between the two companies.
Beihai Shipbuilding applies the concept of “full-lifecycle green development” by optimizing both construction processes and operational efficiency. Their steady progress aligns with their goal of building high-quality vessels.
This batch of high-quality vessels has received high praise from shipowner MOL, classification society ClassNK, and various charterers.
