High Lander and Thai Partners Launch National Drone Delivery Pilot in Bangkok

Thailand has taken a significant step toward creating a national drone infrastructure by launching a large-scale drone delivery pilot in Bangkok. This initiative was led by Thailand’s National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT), the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), and High Lander Aviation, a global provider of unmanned traffic management (UTM) systems.

The event, named “The New Era of Drone Delivery,” showcased aerial deliveries across Bangkok. It highlighted the collaboration between NT and High Lander Aviation, demonstrating how coordinated UTM technology can safely manage drone operations in complex urban environments.

During the event, dozens of drone deliveries were completed, transporting various items such as medical supplies, agricultural products, and consumer goods.
