North Lincolnshire Unites to Honour Armed Forces on Remembrance Sunday
North Lincolnshire will pay tribute to the dedication and sacrifice of its armed forces with a parade and remembrance service in Scunthorpe on Sunday, 9 November.
Event Schedule
- The parade will gather outside The Baths Hall starting at 10:10 AM.
- Procession will begin promptly at 10:25 AM along Doncaster Road to the Cenotaph outside North Lincolnshire Museum.
- Participants can join for tea and coffee inside The Baths Hall from 9:30 AM or meet outside from 10:00 AM.
Remembrance Service Details
The service commences at 10:45 AM with an Act of Remembrance, including a two-minute silence at 11:00 AM, followed by wreath laying. Afterwards, the parade will return via Vicarage Gardens to The Baths Hall.
Post-Service Gathering
Those attending are invited to stay at The Baths Hall for refreshments and reflective time after the service.
