Opening Session of the 13th World Forum for Democracy 2025
Alain Berset, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, welcomed participants to the opening session of the 13th World Forum for Democracy this morning. The event took place in Strasbourg and gathered over 120 speakers for a three-day debate.
